The Controller is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the financial systems and frameworks to support a robust finance function and position the company for the next phase of significant growth. In the first four to six months, the Controller will be hands-on across all aspects of the function and will assess, identify and implement measures to improve finance and business operations, including: day-to-day accounting functions; the analytic and reporting capabilities of the function; and contributing to business strategy. Once a strong foundation for the finance function is established, the Controller has the potential to elevate over time from a tactical role to becoming a key strategic partner to the CEO and COO in scaling the business and managing for growth. The Controller will work closely with the COO and will oversee and mentor the Senior Manager, Finance and Operations.
